We wanted to keep this short and sweet so you don't need a legal team to understand.

1. Sales: This is a contract of sale between the buyer and seller. For a specific number of products and an agreed price.
2. Payments: Payment must be made prior to delivery, unless agreed with the seller. If there is any clearing time on the payment method, the delivery timeline will not commence until payment is cleared.
3. Delivery: Delivery can only be made to the address of purchase through this site, deliveries will usually be made within 5-10 working days from order, however this is subject to extension. We reserve the right to arrange a target delivery date however this can not always be promised. Due to the size of some orders we recommend you are in to receive delivery as they will require signature and failure of delivery may result in returned to sender and an additional fee for re-delivery. Delivery Date, the Seller will use its best endeavour to meet any delivery date but any date named by the Seller for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only and is not to be of the essence of the contract. The Buyer shall nevertheless be bound to accept the Goods when available. The Seller shall not be liable in any way in respect of late delivery howsoever caused nor shall such failure be deemed to be a breach of contract.
4. Refunds:
   • Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no expense to the customer. We make require photos of the damage so we can take this up with our courier. We ask customers to sign 'unchecked' and inspect their order asap and notify any damage within 7 days of receipt. At that point we will arrange collection, the item must be returned in original packaging unused.
   • If you recieved the wrong item or their are items missing again please contact us and we will collect these items and organise replacements.
   • In the event you receive a faulty item please contact us and will get this replaced.
   • If an item is unwanted, no longer required or was bought in error we will still accept refunds, assuming it is not a discounted end of line product. In this situation the item must be returned at the buyer's expense and must be insured for return postage. Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery and upon receipt in perfect condition and unused. We will provide a refund within 7 days, this will be of the original purchase price, we do not refund postage costs.
   • All refunds will be made by the same method they were received.
   • For special order items we do reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee in the event of a customer requested return.
5. Data Secruity: We need to know a certain amount of information in order to process and complete your order. We NEVER share you personal data with third parties, we may have to share limited data with partners such as couriers. We operate online secruity including SSL Certificates, however we do not collect or handle customer card data, any payments are process via PayPal or other payment gateways.
6. Marketing: If you opt in we may from time to time email you with updates, special offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
7. Product Details: We list all products to the best of our knowledge, we always do our best to keep the website accurate. We reserve the right to update product details at any time. If this affects a customer order you will be notified prior to dispatch. We do not accept any liability for error or omission.
8. Installation & Advise: Any advise given by this site is done so in good faith, by nature electrical components can be dangerous therefore if you are unsure we would suggest you seek independent advise or installation from a qualified electrican. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage, or inconvenience arising as a consequence of any use of, or the inability to use, any information on this website. Products damaged by incorrect operation/installation are not covered by manufacture warranty.
9. Manufacturers guarantees: Some of the Products we sell to you are not manufactured by us and come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer’s guarantee provided with the Products. If you are a consumer, a manufacturer’s guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
