System Assumptions +-(Advanced)

We have set these to the standards for most projects but you can change them to see how it affects your results.

Inverter Efficiency (%) If you have already selected or purchased an inverter you can adjust your inverter efficiency to calculate more accurately.
Target Off Grid Duration (Days) This is how many days you want to be able to be off grid for without solar power or alternator/split charge without over discharging your battery.
Solar System Loss (%) With any solar system there is a degree of power loss, if you already know this you can adjust it for more accurate results.
AGM Battery Discharge (%) This is the balance between life cycles and discharge, you could have a small battery bank that can discharge to 100% but that may limit the life of the battery.
Lithium Battery Discharge (%) Similar to AGM this is looking at how deep you wish to discharge the battery. Balancing battery life span against overall size and cost of the battery bank.
