We endeavour that all customers get their order correct and as soon as we can get it to them.

We do understand that occasionally there is need to return an item and therefore we try and make that as swift and painless as possible.

  • Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no expense to the customer. We make require photos of the damage so we can take this up with our courier. We ask customers to sign 'unchecked' and inspect their order asap and notify any damage within 7 days of receipt. At that point we will arrange collection, the item must be returned in original packaging unused.
  • If you recieved the wrong item or their are items missing again please contact us and we will collect these items and organise replacements.
  • In the event you receive a faulty item please contact us and will get this replaced.
  • If an item is unwanted, no longer required or was bought in error we will still accept refunds, assuming it is not a discounted end of line product. In this situation the item must be returned at the buyer's expense and must be insured for return postage. Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery and upon receipt in perfect condition and unused. We will provide a refund within 7 days, this will be of the original purchase price, we do not refund postage costs.
  • All refunds will be made by the same method they were received.
  • For special order items we do reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee in the event of a customer requested return.
